Arcadia D3+ Reptile for desert reptile species. Desert reptile species in particular are naturally exposed to strong sunlight and require relatively high concentrations of UV-B light and so should be kept under a 12% UV-B D3+ Reptile Lamp. As a full spectrum lamp, the Arcadia D3+ Reptile lamp simulates sunlight.

Arcadia D3 Reptile for forest reptile species. Forest species such as the Day Gecko, require lower levels of UVB and should be kept under an appropriate sized 6% UV-B D3 lamp, which contains ample levels of UV-B radiation for such species. The Arcadia D3 Reptile lamp has a high UVA output (30%), providing all the elements which are so vital to the welfare of the reptiles.
