	Do I have a right of return goods in the Aquaristikshop?

	You can return the ordered articles to us within two weeks upon receipt. Please note that CD`s and unsealed bottles containing fluids as well as water plants are excluded from the right to revoke, unless you detect any defects. The right to revoke is used by returning the received goods within due time. Thus, the sales agreement is being cancelled, and we will repay the purchase price immediately if you have already paid it. To meet the deadline for the right to revoke just return the goods in due time back to us. If you use the goods before returning them, we have the right to withhold that part of the price, provided by law, for the loss of value by such usage. This can be avoided by returning the goods unused and in the original packing.
