Strong movement of the water surface is generated by the EHEIM Wide-jet pipe, which liberally flushes oxygen into the water and imitates the natural movement of water. The wide-jet pipe with its specially shaped outlet opening spouts the water cleaned by the filter in a wide jet onto the surface. This creates the desired movement. Thanks to its curved shape, it can be hung over the edge of the aquarium or mounted directly over the surface of the water at the correct angle with the aid of a suction holder.
The EHEIM wide jet pipe is available in two sizes, for hose 9/12 mm, 12/16 mm and 16/22 mm diameter.

This is again Eheim quality. I use those pipes on my 4 external filters. well designede arch allows to fit on different tanks even with glass support by the edge. Delicate bends are creating minimal resistance. Easy to clean if there is any deposits. I find 16/22 best suited for my 300L tanks and filters get best output on those. Good value for money as the last forever. I have also used those pipes in conjunction with other brand external filters as those works best in my opinion. Soft non sharp edges allow easy connection of adequate hoses and suction clips to secure those in position.Green coloration slows the algae growth.Anders S. at 30.10.2018:
