Dennerle Utricularia graminifolia In-Vitro Cup
Utricularia graminifolia is a delicate, light green foreground plant. We found this species at an altitude of over 2,000 m in fast-flowing waters and growing emersed in the splash water of small streams in Sri Lanka. In the aquarium, this plant requires medium lighting, after which it gradually forms a dense and very short carpet of plants. Utricularia has very special characteristics: it is a carnivorous plant and forms special trapping bubbles to capture tiny creatures. However, fish and shrimp fry are not endangered.
Utricularia graminifolia is not only a beautiful plant species, but also a useful component of your aquarium ecosystem. It provides a habitat for small aquarium inhabitants and helps to improve water quality by absorbing nutrients and producing oxygen. Its delicate leaves and dense growth create a natural habitat and bring movement to your aquarium.
