The movement of water in an aquarium should be slow but steady. With regard to the filter flow rate, this means that the golden rule is “as much as necessary, but as little as possible. In aquaria containing plenty of plants and only a small number of shrimps, the plants will produce enough oxygen for the animals in the aquarium. The less plants and the more animals there are in an aquarium, the more additional oxygen should be introduced via movement of the water surface.
The flow rate through the Dennerle Nano Corner Filter XL is infinitely adjustable. The filter outlet can be turned by 90°. Despite a maximum pump delivery rate of 150 l/h, the filter is pleasantly quiet and energy-saving - with a power consumption of only 2 W. The close-meshed intake openings ensure that the Dennerle Nano Corner Filter XL is safe for shrimp and crayfish larvae. The filter has two filter elements. Advantage: When cleaning or replacing one filter element, the other filter element stays in the filter and is biologically active and ensures consistently high quality of the aquarium water. Also new are the nozzle pipe with an integrated cleaning valve and the attached mini-brush for easy cleaning of the nozzle openings. Cleaning the filter element is simplicity itself: Just grip the outflow pipe and pull the filter forward. The rear half of the filter housing remains in the aquarium. Wash the filter element in a clean bucket with aquarium water, to avoid harming the important filtering bacteria.

Allgemein: Artikel bestellt, dies wurde bestätigt, und kurze Zeit später hatte ich alles zu Hause. Alles war sehr gut verpackt und kam unbeschädigt an.
Dieser Artikel: es galt einen fürchterlichen und 9 Jahre alten Aquarien Filter aus einem ebenso alten Aquarien- Komplett Set zu ersetzen, der ohnehin nur mit zahlreichen Umbauten in dem 54 Liter Becken einsetzbar gewesen ist.
Der Dennerle Nano Eckfilter XL mach sich ausgezeichnet in dem 60er Becken. Das Wasser ist glasklar. Die erzeugte Strömung (Wasserbewegung) ist für die Beckengröße optimal. Der Filter ist platzsparend und einfach ein schönes Produkt.
Toll finde ich auch den geringen Stromverbrauch und.........er ist pssssssssss...leise.Sanna K. at 07.05.2018:
I already own the smaller version of this filter, and like that very much so I purchased this XL model for a bigger filtering capability for a bigger aquarium. This filter has a very nice and soft flow, so it is suitable for bettas, fish fry, shrimps and other creatures that doesn't like a strong current, but because of the outflow pipe and adjustable flow rate it is still possible to get very good water circulation on the surface for proper oxygenation. It rarely needs cleaning ant the cleaning is quick and simple. I also purchased the Baby protect -add on to this filter even though I have had no problem with raising shrimps without it, but I'm planning to use it on my breeding tank and I want to be sure that the eggs or the newly hatched fish fry don't get to be sucked into the filter. Best feature is the possibility to adjust the outflow pipe almost any direction imaginable so you could for example place the filter horizontally in a shallow water. And the fact that this fits to the corner and takes minimum space from the tank is great, too. I only wish there was also replacement suction cups on the market. I'm also planning to get the Dennerle Nano Bio CO2 -set that is intended to be used connected to this filter.
